Fantastic news- as what have we done to make the lives of the ordinary people better over the lasts 5 decades? Who benefited and who got sod all? Could the poor cope without money from the drug trade?

Well dig a bit below the surface and you will see that the future look bright, investment is rolling in, and who is shovelling money there for infrastructure and much more - badly needed for decades - CHINA!!!

With the British shackles now cast off they are literally free for the first time ever, as our game is to make or force though economic dependency as many nations as we can - loaning money at interest - so its keeping the screws of Imperialism oiled - through debt which we pretend is charity to out resident simple population.

Now the yoke of Empire is now over they can chose for themselves and not be dictated or blackmailed to accept as before. China offers a win win so both sides benefit whereas we are economic vampires by comparison - extracting as much as possible while keeping the corpse just alive - as the natives do not need education and they are naturally backward innit!! They are used to living in shit, its what poor people are used to and you cannot change the retarded - from a superior Anglo Saxon point of view.

Sadly Barbados thinks otherwise, and China appear to be demonstrating an alternative possible future - thus pissing of the USA and UK control freak elites. Other islands are also watching also listening to China's proposals - if Barbados starts to take off - and the population as whle benifit which is the China policy - then who knows who will want their freedoms too.

So if Britain invests in the infrastructure by supplying money and expertise to build the infrastructure it's a 'shackle'. If CHINA invests in the infrastructure by supplying money and expertise to build the infrastructure it's 'freedom' is it?

Could you please explain in words of no more than two syllables, what the difference is between capitalist and communist money?

It's been independent since 1966. So they've hardly rushed in the decision.
If they want to change their Head of State, which in common with most of the independent Commonwealth Nations is now largely ceremonial, that's down to them.
I can foresee that many will take that decision once the Queen dies, as it's a natural point to sever those historical ties and they have a lot of loyalty for what the Queen has stood for.
But it's nowt to do with us what their Government or people decide.

I'm sure there's many corrupt African despots who'll be rubbing their greedy little mitts together in the hope that they can get a look in on what Barbados has to offer.
All I can say good luck Barbados.
