You are definitely the first one to say that on here today. Possibly the first one to say it ever haha. Joking apart I love to see snow and I like walking in the snow but if it is building up on the roads and stopping traffic then it can get depressing.

It has been snowing here since Lunch time. At first it didn't settle but there must now be a good few centimetre's on the garden.

The roads are clear but the pavements are a tad slippery. Suppose it comes from living 200m above sea level, and it is winter.

With a bit of luck it will have all gone by Tuesday.

Ohh you're so lucky, I want some, I want to see the cats play in it and get offended by it, I want to watch Fearn and her friend race about in it!

I don't class it as being "Lucky"!

Though we do on a usual year get some snow at the end of November. Just this time it has been accompanied by some hooligan winds.

Main road between Teesside & Whitby is closed with the snow, so all the traffic is coming through here. It is a bit busy on the Front Street.

We had 2" snow overnight on Friday and it snowed this morning from around 11.30 for a few hours. Managed to get some lovely photos.
My neighbour's kids were loving it.

You should be OK there M-t-M. It is only us chickens who live on North facing coasts in the North East of Yorkshire that are getting the brunt of the snow.

No sign of any white stuff east of the metroplis.
In fact with the clear blue sky, in the sun it was quite pleasant.
Mind you, the wind cut through you.

I've a small fountain and waterfall which was frozen solid today. I'd already decided to empty the water and cover it up for the winter.
