Do you wear a hat? Any headgear?

Berets....I love them !
Different colours for different outfits.

Wooly hats that can pull right over your ears for long country walks in winter :)

A woolly hat in the winter but I’m not keen on anything else.

Flat cap (of course) for everyday use, wooly thing for when it's cold or raining when out on the moors.

I rarely wear hats, they never stay on, somehow my hair pushes them off, if I tie them under my chin then the wind get under them and I end up half strangled. I use the hood on my waterproof when dog walking in the rain.

Me and my boss used to go to a large dept store and play with the hats as a stress buster sometimes, but I always wonder how people keep them on their heads. Facinators, what is the point of facinators?

Notting Hill on Sea, (AKA Bridport), excels at showing off so is it any surprise that we do this?

I wear hats. Keeping head dry or warm. Sheltering head from sun. Very useful thing a hat.

png, especially when you consider that women have a more acute sense of smell than men, allegedly.

True Minnie. Women always turn their nose up at the slightest hint of a nasty nifty lol.

Never wear hats though I was advised to get one for when I went to Borneo. Bought a hat then promptly left it in the flat. Thankfully had bought a couple of the very small travel towels from Go Outdoors and put knots in the corners to keep it on. Wasn't the most becoming of looks! ;-)

I don't like wearing hats but do wear one on holiday abroad. I hate carrying an umbrella too so prefer a coat with a hood.

Don't usually wear a hat, but sometimes you just gotta put on your hat and show them who they are dealing with!!!

I wear a woolly hat when I'm outdoors and it is cold, but generally hats don't stay on my head.
I've decided I must have a pointy head because they work their way up until they fall off.
I bought a swim hat for long hair and even that works its way off in the pool, which seems weird considering that it is almost too tight to put it on in the first place.

It's your hair Minnie, I have the same problem, my hair hates being confined or in anyway tamed and fights its way out.

I like wearing hats - mostly Cowboy or Barbour styles.... it goes with the lifestyle here anyway. Big and show-offey if an occasion. Over the fields, if very cold I will have a woolly hat, and I have even got a black one that covers the face (Dont laugh) and has zips for the mouth and eyes. It keeps the wind &cold out.

You could get arrested especially around farms in the countryside.
