My hobbies and interests

Cooking	I enjoy indian foods very much and learned indian cooking when i was married. Nowadays i am more of a microwave cook and love salads and takeaways. I love to eat out at any nice fast food restaurant rather than slaving over a hot stove thesedays. I also enjoy chinese.
Shopping	I like to shop in bric a brac shops, charity shops and in bookshops. Other than that, i just shop in my local cheapest supermarket.
DIY	No good atall at DIY. A typical girl !!!
Housework	I am a good homemaker with hotel chambermaid jobs experience and able to run a warm environment comfy clean home.
Dining out	I love to dine out, especially indian restaurants and fast food places or just a bag of fish and chips together !!
Movies	I enjoy most types of movie but i am not keen on sci-fi stuff.
Theatre	I enjoy shakespeare plays and comedy. Also murder mystery plays too.
Music	I love most pop, rock and classical music. I even love Asian music.
Gigs	I only like small intimate gigs at local halls.
Pubs	I enjoy the occassional pubmeal but do not generally drink alchohol.
Clubbing	I visited a few clubs in my youth but am no longer interested in clubbing.
Newspapers and magazines	Sun,Daily Mirror, Sunday papers etc and any good supplements like the Sunday times.
Books	I adore reading and spent 11 years as a library assistant. I mostly read History, art, and crime fiction, along with soppy women's romance novels !!
TV	I like nature programmes, history, tv football and most stuff on the Yesterday channel.
Watching sport	My favourite tv is football but i have never been to a live match. I always watch the football and really enjoy it. I like watching karate and martial arts too and i love Jet Li films.
Playing sport	I do no sports atall nowadays but once trained up to purple and white standard in Karate years ago. It was great for recreation and self-defence,confidence etc. I just enjoy watching sports now.
Hobbies	Anything asian like Indian dancing, Indian history and Asian religion,culture etc. Nature and birdwatching, walking in fields and countryside. Reading. Visiting castles and museums etc.

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	I would love to be in a stable loving relationship and living a good standard of living lifestyle maybe somewhere rural. I wish to travel in and around Dorset more for holidays and to visit Cornwall more often in the next ten years. I would maybe dabble in oil painting again, go birdwatching, and want to spend the older years with a good, protective, peaceful guy who i can love and cherish.

My ideal date	Billy Zane{ American Actor} star of Titanic and other movies. Or Ant Middleton of the SAS.
What would I never, ever give up?	Books. I could not survive without tons of reading matter around me.
If I had to give a speech on a subject I was passionate about ...	The Life and Times of TE Lawrence of Arabia. I have read many biographies and visited the sites of his life because he was a great British hero.
If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	The Court of Shah Jehan in Mughal India to see Mumtaz mahal and the splendours of India at that time.
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	Homeless charities because Homelessness is a national disgrace in our modern country !
