Love all genres of film culture, except for possibly rom coms.. you can keep those. From the deep and meaningful to the cinematically beautiful and deliciously dark surrealism, film noir, anime,world cinema, horror, thriller, science fiction. British gritty classics I Daniel Blake, Trainspotting, The Gentlemen, Shallow Grave, Sightseers, and Kes. Can't abide soap operas and sports T.V ... you'll find me at Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon, Dexter,Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul,and whatever's trending in the world of comic book nerd, currently Sandman, what an excellent job they made bringing that to life. If not I'd be head deep in a documentary.
Music: Allsorts.. Anything with a beat to get me moving. Genres from funk, blues, to soul to 50's,60's,70's, 80's, dark synth, ska, alternative indie, grunge, punk, thrash metal, skate punk, African beats and classical. Always happy to explore new fields of sound. You can keep country music, I won't explore any element of that. Akala's Fire in the Booth sessions get me going, theres a lot of hard truths to be heard there. Not unusual to find me obscurely working out to Hey Fatty Boom Boom by Die Antwoord. Very big fan of The Tiny Salmon Song by Tom Green. It's a very sad song.
