Hey Peter, that treadmill sounds cool.
No blue bells in the wood yet, I did find a little rabbit having a sleep.
I know it was sleeping, because I nearly trod on it!
Mr Fox missed that one!
Not that many birds in there at the moment, will soon change.
Keep Well. avoid the virus!!

So many adults and children I know are following a Joe Wicks online exercise programme. Only heard good things about it.

We've got bluebells here, along with loads of other wild flowers that I can't name, I do my hour walk with Fearn dog, she runs about 3 times as far as I walk, its something I do regardless of lockdown, I'm just glad I'm still able to do it and that I live in such a wonderful place.

I’ve done more brisk walks in the past week than I had in the previous month.

Very sunny here, but windy and coldish.
Shall do a paced walk, up a nearby hill, like to get puffed out. Then a 2 minute sit on a bench at the top, if no one else is on it. Then down the other side of hill, over the stile, into field watch out for cows and up the other side of hill and down again to car. And shall have banana smoothie, while listening to music. That should do it.

For the more scrupulous of those following government guidelines you shouldn’t touch country gates or stiles with bare hands or sit on public benches.

Oh blimey. Noted. It's one of those criss-cross stiles. Could get over it without touching or fall flat on my face.
The bench is on top of the hill (fab view for miles) not public park with lots of joggers.
