Cornflakes or weetabix with ice-cold, full cream milk for me.
I can report tesco cornflakes are absolute rubbish and not a patch on kellogg's, that's a lesson learnt.....

If I'm ever staying in a hotel......and there's an 'eat all you want, help yourself' breakfast.....It doesn't take much for me to get stuck in.........A great way to die.....better than covid anyway....

Fried Eggs, Scrambled Eggs, Fried bread, Bacon, Sausage, Mushrooms, tomato, a few baked beans, perhaps black pud, if the mood takes me......and anything else that catches the eye.....

I can't eat a cooked breakfast, all that food that early in the day makes me want to heave, I can't even stand the smell of it all that early in the day. To me a cooked breakfast is porrige.

This morning I had pomegranate, grapes, apple, banana and dragon fruit chopped up and mixed with jumbo oats, yogurt, less than a teaspoonful of honey, and cinnamon. I then sprinkled chopped nuts and seeds on top. I have this most mornings but fruit can vary depending what is in season etc.

Now that the house is a bit cold when I wake up A bowl of porridge with some blue berries or raspberries. And a huge mug of tea.
I don`t eat a huge breakfast- no time for that .
when I am on holiday I appreciate a good choice of breakfast items and take my time to eat it and enjoy it. fruit, yoghurts poached egg , lovely crispy artisan bread with butter and preserves or lashes of good honey . Can not stand anything dripping in fat.

My favourite breakfast at the moment has to be mushroom omelet with chopped tomatoes but i do also have 2 plain weetabix with skimmed milk on alternative days.

I am also partial to a cooked breakfast every now and again :)

The good thing about having my cornflakes around 6am is I'm ready for a full English later the same morning.

Well it's Full English for me anytime I'm at a B+B. At home I don't eat in the morning, just a hot drink either OJ or hot choc.

My first meal is usually around 2pm - a couple of rolls (ham, or Beef, or cheese.)

I forget to mention, the avocado on toast is really my second brekkie at about 8.30am We aways have a big bowl of chopped fresh fruit with ginger and yogurt. Himself has nuts with his too. I do it the night before & put in fridge, so that its really cold in the morning.

I had an avocado today for the first time in ages, they've been expensive and not very good, but I got these half price in Aldi. I had it in a sandwich with mayo salt and lots of black pepper.
