I usually leap out of bed and look out of the window to check the day out ... same here Vic ... frosty! I've been up a couple of hours now and the sun is shining :)

The cars are still frozen on windscreens here, the roof and ground look lik snow, and frost is hanging in the trees. Whilst it pretty, I will have to chuck some salt/sand around the yard in a while or I'll go AOH. I was up at 5.00am, having been awake since 2.00am, and it was pure white then.

Really? I'm only about 15 miles from you on the other side of the hills and it is damp soggy and mild over here.

I know Minnie, its strange isnt it. We are in a valley here so that might account for some of it. Its still minus 2deg here (9.30am)

I live on top of a big hill, V. Maybe you live in a frost pocket?

Watched the frost melt from the shed roof whilst eating my
breakfast (2 Shredded Wheat with chilled gold top milk, and runny hunny) at 8am this morning. :-)

I had better not say that I went for a lovely swim in the sea before breakfast yesterday. Blue skies and sun shining brightly. Was rainy a little very early this morning though, so didn't dash off for a swim today. However the sun has just come out now and blue patches in the clouds are getting larger. Nice to know I have escaped the cold. : -)

I'm not far from Minnie and it was frosty here yesterday morning but luckily the windscreen wipers cleared it off.

I have a friend who is in the sea swimming most mornings before 9am. I shiver thinking about it.

HoW. You wouldn't catch me doing that. It sounds more like torture than fun.

Bright and sunny this morning, I will take Fearn for a good walk, after I had me coffee and woken up a bit, I'm still knackered after watching Strictly last night, lol.
