Where did this year go.
Is it the CV19 crisis, which seems to have taken over everything , or is it just getting older that makes it all go so quickly.

It does seem to have gone quick since March when covid struck, I remember thinking when people got shielded for twelve weeks jeez that's a long time but here we are August and it's flown

It has flown past and with lockdown and all it entailed I was expecting it to drag.

Because it has not been a 'normal' year it does seem to have gone a lot faster

Wow Euro, looking good ;)

Well having bought books, craft work , paints, cross words etc...
They're all sitting there virtually untouched.

We were very fortunate with the weather, so that did help and a lot of people were able to get on with gardening , a lot also sprussed up their homes and DIY

Nearly 4 1/2 months later... !!!!
Haven't a Scooby do where it's gone....but if it's another 4 1/2 months ...happy fireworks day and what are you planning for Christmas. :/

Almost everyone I have spoken to during the COVID crisis has thought time is flying this year but I don't think anyone expected things to be back to any normality until well after Christmas so they are just getting on with it the best they can.

I know we say these things about time flying but in reality time only moves at the same pace ... and on that note it'll be Christmas in a couple of weeks ;-) ha ha

All i will say is TAKE YOUR TIME lol

When the lockdown started I thought we would be back at work after a few weeks, still waiting to return. 2020 is a year a lot of us will want to forget, the sooner the better.

I know a couple of friends who have taken retirement now as they see little point in going back to companies which are struggling to survive and are now overstaffed for the mount of work they have.
