How have people found ISPs that use TalkTalk as the backhaul?
I've just changed provider and thought that the vodafone backhaul was bad but at the moment this is abysmal. It's that bad I'm considering ditching it. Your thoughts?

It's when another ISP subcontracts the use of another ISP's network.

Internet service provider = ISP
BT have the lines in place so competitors need to "rent" use of that line for their own services

We have found that Plusnet are good & reliable. They belong to BT. You can always speak to a real person if you have a problem - they are so helpful.
