What wakes you up?
The alarm clock? The birds? The partner? Body clock?

Body clock, sometimes cats and dogs, very occaisionally the alarm, or people digging up the road outside.

I wake with the morning light. So early in the summer and late in the winter. Only set an alarm I’d i have an important reason to rise early.

If my body clock hasn't woken me then it is the alarm on my phone playing the old Cat Stevens' song 'Morning Has Broken' sung by the Angelis.

Needing the flipping loo...does that count as body clock?
tsunamiwarrior  Male  Hertfordshire 4-Jul-2019 22:31 Message #4743672
I set my alarm each night but switch it off before it goes off itself.

Not a lot - usually wake when coffee calls . . .

or sometimes, my bladder.

Regimental. Set alarm. Sleep. Alarm goes off. Rise.
