For those looking to date... Point me (or any other lady) in the direction of a thread you started or comment you've made, that shows you in your best light.

My best one was when I had that three way conversation with myself on fake profiles, one of which I had to keep putting on a dress and calling myself Lavinia in order to really get into the part...

Under the gaslamp?

Darn it, that's the thread I planned to but never started! Blows me out of the water then.

One of my recent dates was called Lavinia, there was something not quite right about her.
Glad we only kissed now.

If you're serious shouldn't you make the effort to find threads that interest you and see who's contributed?

Clocky, you should know by now that they are too busy bickering in the threads and sitting back in their slippers to contribute to a date. It's part of the reason I back off ;o)

I would imagine the Facebook groups I'm in show me in a better light. For instance, I can't imagine people on here being interested in this year's International Zouk Day Fash Mob yay!

Sometimes Mumsie :)

I pass on through to see what there is to read every now and then ... must say though ... some of the guys, they're regressing towards childhood by the looks of things ;)

Well, I'm certainly not going to take the subject seriously...oh yes..my best thread is when I said this, and someone voted me excellent, and then i said something else, and an excellent again...of course, it was totally expected..i am a genius etc etc etc..

I chose to use a bit of 'humour', but if people don't get it, then that's fine...I know who to avoid...

Tumbleweed, your humour generally makes me chuckle :)

My thread was very tongue in cheek regarding how some of the men resort to daftness on a thread - it's be really nice to see some more upbeatness, positivity and possibly more wit than insults ... ah the days of banter seem long gone ...

Clocky,

We're allowed to regress ... my grandkids said so, their card to me on my birthday last Sunday was ..

" Grandad the bad news is growing old is inevitable "

" The good news is growing up is still opptional !! "
