Generally sunny and about 17C here in Bridport although the wind is cold and sunshine is being broken by moody rain clouds skudding across the sky from time to time.

Ah. More like 11C. (I was reading temperature in my conservatory/workshop).

Wet, mizzle and mist, then heavy rain, I think its more or less stopped now and gone back to mizzle.

Just been to the bin and it's cold but as yet not 'doing' anything. What a difference from the last two days, out without a coat under the cloudless blue skies. Maybe think again on Spring.

Overcast with some rain this morning. Cool but not cold and has been dry this afternoon.

No sign of snow!

We had a quite a bit of heavy rain here yesterday, but we needed it.
The ground over on the plots is wet on top but still pretty dry if you dig down to any depth.
I haven't covered the ground with tarps this year as it got so dry during last years drought was hoping over the winter that any moisture would get deep down below the surface layer.

We need some rain here at the moment(but not at the weekends please), its quite dry. The lawns were scarified yesterday and what a lot of moss & stuff came off. Peaock is spending a lot of time here at moment - must be plenty of worms. Trouble is, he does such big poo's everywhere.

I think you should get your wish for rain, but it will be over the weekend, we've got gales forecast, quite bad ones for tonight, so I'll have to make sure I know where all the torches and candles are.
