I thought it was very disappointing. I don't think Agatha Christie ever imagined Poirot walking along the tops of the carriages! Or having a fist fight then getting shot.

Anybody else seen it?

No and I don’t think I’ll bother now

Yes, and constantly distracted by Poirot's mustache

And yet someone I know saw it and really enjoyed it.
That's the thing with movie reviews, always so subjective.

My friend is going tonight and I was going at the weekend but after reading the OPs remarks, don't think I'll waste my money. Poirot getting shot - impossible, he has to live to grow his vegetable marrows.
I saw the trailer and the moustache is so OTT.

I enjoyed it for the scenery mainly. Very nicely shot and kept the level of cheesyness you got in the TV version. Go and see The Mountain Between Us if you want something meatier.

Went to see it last night and enjoyed it.
Never saw the original though. As Roseycheeks said, the scenery was wonderful.

I saw Paddington 2 and can highly recommend it - brilliant! I had tummy ache from laughing!
