The so called 'little man syndrome' is a complete misnomer...Napoleon was average height for a man in the time he lived and was also about 3 inches taller than Nelson. The same goes for most of the so called little angry men of history.
A literal opposite would be the moniker of 'gentle giant' being tall and relatives placid.
