Ok on a slightly lighter note, I need to revamp my profile so, what do you look for in a profile? And how do I improve on what is already said?
Any help would be gratefully received.

Well I don't look at profiles so doubt I will be of much help.
Long profiles are boring, try to keep it short sweet and to the point, but honest.
don't contradict yourself.

Nothing wrong with your pic Zen. People say put a happy face on a profile, as it attracts more people, than a miserable one.
Like mine, not good, as it looks like I'm trying to fart! Lol

CG Sadly I cannot use my old profile pic as I loaned it to a friend to keep her kids away from the fire!
