OMG I forgot what a crush on her I had..

Flippin' 'eck I could only listen to about three songs before my poor little heart started to melt again... lol..

Happy memories and one of the best covers of a 10cc song I've ever heard...

When/if are they touring again...

She sings flat all the time. Totally bereft of talent, my opinion!

She used to make me feel so, er, happy when I was younger. So cool and sexy, and she's a vegetarian - result!

My ex had a crush on her. Personally I always thought she looked a bit rough and scraggy. Good voice though!

I've got a bit of a crush on the numbers girl off Countdown. Her bum is too distracting, the best I can get is a four.

I'm sure she does Andy; no harm would be caused to any animal that Chrissie Hind ate,so she can eat away to my hearts content.

Eat away to her hearts content I meant.

she seems out of proportion, Mel, what I call a " long " bum.

Oh I think she has a perfect figure, I can't take my eyes off her.

If Google images are anything to go by, then she could double-up fer Ozzy Osbourne in her spare time. There's only 3yrs between the pair, ones had a rough life...

Orson has always liked and admired Chrissy Hynde. However Orson has always found that, apart from the first incarnation of the Pretenders, her backing muscians to be rather tame and lacking in the ability to back up her stage presence, singing, and songs.

Orson.

Stevie Nicks is closer to Ozzy then our Chrissie, well build wise anyway.

I noticed during the last live aid performance in Australia ? Ms Hynde had a short hair vut and looked a bit like our own Eurostar...

Hair vut? You sure it wasn't Germany?

Celt  Male  7-Feb-2012 16:33 Reply »
Hair vut? Where her ankles behind her ears on stage?

Nein Mello !! Typo...

Agree's with Orson but then I was captivated by the singer lol lol... how musically shallow am I lol...

Apparantly Ms Hynde agrees with Orson and is always reforming her band?

Much prefer Elkie Brookes , (Mama) Cass Elliot and Mary Chapin-Carpeter myself. I like the girls who can belt it out but still have the forgotten element of music... melody. OK so I'm an old fart.

Mavis Staples is no rubbish!

speedypete  Male  7-Feb-2012 17:46 Reply »
I agree with Darcyman there, Elkie had a really powerful voice, especially when she was the singer in Vinegar Joe

Orson  Male  7-Feb-2012 23:13 Reply »
Orson imagines anyone with a christian name of Mavis must be recognised and respected

Orson.
