It should be eliminated. I am looking for friends who share this view and we can remove tabacco stock from shops/supermarkets one by one.

They like removing the stock so much from our local Asda that the shop now keeps it behind shutters.
tobacco is not as much pollution on site as trolls and false profilers, ban these innapropriates too, all at once , not one by one...
I think slime should be banned too. It's worth thinking about
Yes!
Remove it!
All of it!
Immediately!
I'll look after it.
I'm in - I will supply the stockings we can use to cover our faces.
I also know someone who will buy the stuff from us at a good price...
There will always be smokers in need of their next puff
Dont see the point in removing it from shops if you dont smoke you wont buy.
if you want to smoke you will buy, just coz this poxy government may want to ban it,well they say they do but the earn a fortune out of it will putting it behind shutters do anything... i think not.
Will it be totaly banned...NOPE
Tobacco. Is it pollution in itself? I thought it grew naturally!
I tell you what "Han the man", wile were at it lets ban all pollutants, cars emit pollutants, factories emit pollutants, hairspray, perfume, cooking, heating your home, dumping your rubbish is all a form of pollutant … so while we are at it lets ban the bombas well … No, no on second thoughts let’s keep the Bomb that’s going to be the only way this earth will ever be cleansed, hahahaha

Shops need to cater for smokers and alcohol drinkers. It helps with taxes!

I'm all for tobacco being removed from shops 'one by one'... as long as they start a long way from me!

Yes, it's is a disgusting habit,I can't stand the sight of women who choose to smoke a pipe OR cigar with their pints.
I'd didn't know that Tabacco maps were pollution :-s

OP, what happens when you restrict the sale of something? People generally go elsewhere to get it (not always legal).
Now there are cigarettes being offered in many a pub that have come from lets say 'abroad ' that are approximately 50% the price of UK (duty paid) items. The cartons of 200 look the same, some even have the makers embossed logo's too...
Yet smoke one, and it tastes like an Arabian ditchdiggers flip-flop! Gawd knows what they contain. So what's to say with cigarettes being forced 'under the counter' the cornershop market won't be awash with such items ?
