I have had the dreaded gloved finger in the past and will probably have to endure it again sometime.
On the other hand, better that than discovering prostate cancer to late to do anything about it.
My father lived with prostate cancer for many years before dieing of something else.

It's a yes, although there are tools that can be used also, but you need to be careful...

The last time I had a prostrate exam I swear he was touching my lungs!!!
When it comes to size - yes it matters! Lads - look at your Drs finger size as he puts on the glove. If his middle finger measures up to ET's then be prepared to run!

I was amazed how my doctor managed to put his finger up mine, while having both hands on my shoulders!! (:O)
