Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

If you are after an attractive, intelligent, easy-going and ordinary guy with a real zest for life, then it would be great to hear from you.

I am very active with high levels of energy and tend to be drawn to the same. I do however also enjoy a quiet night in with a DVD and good company.

I'm also optimistic and adventurous (with a cheeky streak), generous and warm and looking for the same and more in a woman.

My ideal partner should have a good sense of humour, be down to earth and have a positive outlook on life. I prefer to chat on phone or meet up and do NOT want an online 'relationship'.

With a great, yet demanding job, I make the most of weekends and evenings and I'm a bit of an activity junkie. Most weekends you'll see me mountain-biking, kayaking, wind-surfing, kite-boarding or a combination of the above.

These activities keep me fit and I visit the gym when I feel the need. In my spare time I run an activities company and spend quite a few weekends away doing the activities I enjoy. It would be great if you enjoy at least a few outdoor activities and can join in the fun.

In May 2007 I moved to Staines to live by the river (which means kayaking daily after work!) and love the local surroundings. If you live near-by and know of a few hidden gems in the area, please let me know.

I'm articulate, but like most guys can be clumsy at times (I often laugh at my own mistakes). Why is there never a spade around when you need one?!!!

By the way: I'm 5'11'' and broad-shouldered with big calves and thighs (rugby-player type build), which comes from being very active. Just thought I'd mention that as it's not everyone's taste (there's a story behind this comment!).

It's probably also worth mentioning that I'm NOT into football AT ALL.

Finally, I am non-materialistic and appreciate the same qualities in a potential partner.
