My hobbies and interests

Cooking	I am a cracking good cook. Everything from raw food healthy to old fashioned yummy. Lots of good cooks and chefs in my family, so it's in the DNA!
Shopping	Hmmm...I only go to big stores and shopping malls occasionally , mainly because I get too excited and want to buy everything!:o) I love antiques and old curiosity shops... and give me an old fashioned hardware store and I'm in heaven.
DIY	Absolutely love D I Y. I just love to fix things and make old things new again.
Housework	Housework...I am clean and fairly tidy...have a sign on my fridge that says: An immaculate house is a sign of a wasted life.
Dining out	Yes, but don't go out to dine that often. I really love very healthy food, but that does not exclude yummy stuff or good cooking
Movies	Yes, I love the movies and I enjoy a good film at home.
Theatre	I like the theatre, but don't go very often.
Music	I love all kinds of music: I play a bit and sing a bit because its fun.
Gigs	Its been a long long time since I went.......... but I am generally a noise avoider.
Pubs	Nope......the pub scene doesn't appeal. Don't mind an occasional lunch in a pub, but that's it.
Clubbing	No, don't do this either.
Newspapers and magazines	Don't read newspapers. Gave up on those about 20 years ago. If there was anything good or really positive in them I might.
Books	Love books of all kinds: Love Terry Pratchett; J K Rowling ; informative books; reference books; art books-- all sorts!
TV	Nope....don't watch the box much either. Definitely NOT into soaps or reality TV.....but .if its Richard Attenborough, I make an exception :o)
Watching sport	I can always find something else to do when Sport is on the television.
Playing sport	I like Yoga, badminton (although I have not played for a while)...and have a Trainer machine.
Hobbies	There are lots of things I like to do. Anything creative, like art, woodwork/carving tree roots/ painting; writing, general stuff; Could be a major stuffologist if I tried harder.

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	Somewhere warm where the sun shines a lot; tropical would be nice; and what would I like to be?......Happy. :o)
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	Einstein ; My father; and Leonardo DaVinci
My ideal date	Meeting up for coffee or lunch.....talking whilst walking in the park......dinner out perhaps?
What would I never, ever give up?	My free spirit, because it makes me what I am.
If I had to give a speech on a subject I was passionate about ...	The Universal language of Sound and Frequency, and how it controls to the mind and emotions.
If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	I would like to see the Sphinx being built, and the pyramids, and I would like to explore the moon (for starters).
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	RSPCC.
My "and finally" section ...	Cant think of anything right now,except that I have a thing about spelling and grammar being as correct as possible. (surely everyone has a spell checker?)
