Village Girl (54) from Derbyshire

I am 49 (just) and have been divorced for 10 years. Have a 15 year old daughter who lives at home but has more of a social life than me. My 23year old daughter is married and lives in the same village. I was born in Derbyshire but went to London after school and then the usual married, had kids, got divorced, moved back home and now it is my time. I work 4 days a week in an admin job and I travel alot. Most of my friends are married please note I did not say happily married and I think it is now time that I made a serious effort to find someone to share my life with.

I like the usual things but someone who does not take themselves too seriously but can be depended on in a crisis. Somewone to discuss things with and to share the pleasures of life that being more mature can bring. Just looking for a bit of fun for now ... watch this space
