I joined up on here a while ago and have really enjoyed reading the threads and chatting to a few people, but I don't have much time nowadays to be on here a lot

A bit about me: I love life and everything in it…. my friends and family are just amazing, I couldn’t even begin to imagine life without them!! I’m passionate about music, travelling, and running to name a few. I enjoy trying out new things especially when it gives that adrenaline buzz or when its to help charity.

My first time abroad was only 6 years ago but since then I've been addicted, and even lived in Cyprus for a little while.

My hobbies and interests

Cooking	I love cooking, don't have much time to cook as much as I want to. I like experimenting and making up my own recipes.
Shopping	Shopping is one of my favourite past times, almost like an addiction :S
DIY	I can do the basics but I'd prefer someone else do it for me!
Housework	I am houseproud but I just don't have time to keep everything tidy. I like to call it 'organised mess'.
Dining out	Italian, mexican, chinese, indian, etc etc! I don't really like meat so I'm a fussy eater.
Movies	I love pretty much every rom com and every disney film (yes I'm soppy!) Love any film with Adam Sandler. Other favs are Green Mile and Drop Dead Fred.
Theatre	Would love to go to the theatre more but never really have the chance. Should put that on my to do list for the year....
Music	All genres are good for me, except heavy metal stuff. Mainly just chart music I guess. Some favs are: Alanis Morrissette, Muse, Leona Lewis, Kings of Leon, Snow Patrol, Girls Aloud, Beyonce, etc etc.
Gigs	Again another thing I want to do more but never have the chance, probably get to one or two gig/ festival etc a year.
Pubs	Go to the pub occassionally. Because of my working hours I tend to miss out on all the pub going. But when I do go I stay away from the beers and go straight for the spirits!
Clubbing	I love dancing, so still go clubbing a lot. And love the atmosphere and getting to see friends.
Newspapers and magazines	Don't really read either, don't have time. Tend to just read them when I'm in a waiting room or something like that.
Books	I like easy read books and some crime thrillers.
TV	I don't have much time for TV, esp not to follow soaps and regular programmes. I do have a slight addiction to X factor when it's on, and I love Ghost Whisperer and CSI.
Watching sport	Don't have time!
Playing sport	I love running. Would have loved to have made a career out of it, but my knee had other ideas....
Hobbies	Anything I do that isn't work/ college/ socialising related is usually something to do with fundraising, or sleeping!

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	As long as I'm happy I don't mind.
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	I'm gonna have to pick to pick 4 people, as it would be my mum and my 3 sisters.
My ideal date	Something different from the norm.
What would I never, ever give up?	Smiling. Because smiles make the world go round!
If I had to give a speech on a subject I was passionate about ...	Any type of violence or cruelty. There is not many things I hate but that is one.
If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	Oooh... maybe when the world first started. It would be nice to actually know how it all started.
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	I would probably use it on one of those projects where they provide tools and training for third world countries to build water wells and schools, etc.
