A capable and intelligent woman with a great sense of humour looking for a like minded, fun, strong, secure, available and loving man.

I've managed pretty well on my own but it can get a bit tedious without someone to share lifes rich experiences. I don't want to spend every waking hour with another person ( well not initially :-) ) but do want to be part of a relationship. I'm getting a little disillusioned with the sweetie shop mentality of internet dating but live in hope - ever the optimist!

I walk daily and enjoy the sense of freedom and calmness that natural spaces bring to me. Love the garden and opportunities to listen to live music, love the theatre. . I love to laugh, very practical and not a 'conventional' female - make of that what you will! Biggest challenge for me is to be accepting of genuine offers of help, my natural reaction is to do everything myself - silly huh!

I work full time in a managerial position in a bank and have my own home. I do work hard for the nice things in life and would expect this also from a potential partner.


I do have 2 young children who are my world, but we do have room to enrich someone else's world with the love that we have to give.

Friends of course for starters but hoping for a main course and looking forward, in time, to a healthy, scrumptious dessert!
