I like all the usual things, going to cinema, gigs, theatre, pubs, eating out, and even cooking on special occasions! I'm very keen on the visual arts and go to a lot of exhibitions in and around London, but wouldn't expect anyone else to do this unless they wanted to ... it's just my thing and they would no doubt have their own interests too. Still working part-time doing something art-related which I love. I consider myself very fortunate.

I enjoy most sorts of music particularly jazz, big bands, rock and blues, small music venues with atmosphere, not dance clubs (too loud). Also gardening in summer, visiting museums and old buildings, anywhere with an interesting place in history. The sea, beaches and wild romantic places with a sense of drama ... but would like to share it all with someone nice (wouldn't we all!)

So, I'd like to meet someone like myself, who's independent, interested in the world around them and keen to enjoy a wide variety of social activities. Someone who's happy with their life but would like to share their enjoyment with a like-minded person. Someone who's fairly interested in the arts, likes animals and doesn't smoke. Simples.
