My hobbies and interests

Cooking	I love cooking, and believe that I am relatively good at it.
Shopping	I have the ability to drain my bank account rapidly.
DIY	If something breaks, I fix it. Or, at least, try to.
Housework	Clean up as I go.
Dining out	The Good Food Guide is my bible.
Movies	Unless it's something really good, I prefer a more social outing.
Theatre	Never been, but why not give it a try.
Music	I regularly get caught singing by the driver in the next lane. I like a lot, including rock, alternative, jazz.
Gigs	I wish I'd gone to see Led Zepellin in 2007.
Pubs	I pint with friends is always a good idea.

Books	I do enjoy a good read, and either read a whole book in a night, or start reading one and forget, then realise that I've started reading about 12.

Watching sport	Not incredibly fussed.
Playing sport	I try to get to the gym and I am the occasional jogger, love skiing, and go climbing with friends.
Hobbies	I am a 24 hour hotline for the technological issues of family and friends, and strangely enjoy it.

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	Career wise - long haul on one of the more prestigious airlines
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	Stephen Fry, Bill Bailey, and my Grandad.
My ideal date	Good food, good atmosphere, good company.
What would I never, ever give up?	Breathing, for obvious reasons.
If I had to give a speech on a subject I was passionate about ...	The current state of the aviation industry. And yes, I do realise how boring that sounds.
If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	Northern Italy, Barcelona, or the Alps.
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	Helping underprivileged children to get where they want to be in life.
