My hobbies and interests

Cooking	I love to cook. I also like to experiment, see what I can come up with.
Shopping	I am not a great lover of shopping but when living alone, it won't do itself. Yet it is nice to go into town from time to time & have a look around. Fickle, aren't I? lol
DIY	I am very good with my hands. I used to be a vehicle mechanic so I do have some technical knowledge. major jobs about the house such as plumbing or knocking a wall down... forget it! I know my limits!
Housework	I am useful about the house. I hate ironing though, although I am quite good at that. Vacuuming, washing up, dusting... yeah no probs.
Dining out	Yes it makes a nice change to eat out. I like Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai... pretty much anything really.
Movies	The kind of movies I like are any from period drama's to thrillers, to action movies. Whatever takes my fancy.
Theatre	I haven't been to the theatre for a while now. The last time was to see 'Chicago' about 4 or 5 years ago now.
Music	My musical taste has mellowed now. I used to like heavy rock but am now more middle of the road now (hope I don't get run over!!). Something catchy with a beat. I used to play drums many moons ago.
Gigs	I haven't been for years. The last time I went was to see Deep Purple in 1976. I still have the ticket! If I was to go again it would probably be to see Sanatana.
Pubs	I am a member of a local working mens club. For me though, you can't beat a good old country pub.
Clubbing	Ha ha ha ha ha ha... yeah right!
Newspapers and magazines	I buy photography magazines mainly, either weekly or monthly. Depends on the magazine.
Books	My favourite books are thrillers.
TV	I watch the news, documentaries, comedies & some movies. I do love Blackadder & Only Fools & Horses.
Watching sport	Yes I like my football. Also snooker too.
Playing sport	I play snooker. I used to play football but other players around me seem to have suddenly become much quicker around the pitch!
Hobbies	My main passion is photography. Landscapes mostly but am thinking of taking up portraiture as a sideline. Also love walking, driving, visiting places of interest & cycling. I am pretty much an outdoors person.
