Hi,

My name is Mick and I suppose this is the bit where I tell you how wonderful I am:-).

Well, where do I start? I guess I'm your average sort of guy, who enjoys most things in life although I must admit, some things more than others. Night clubs and rock concerts are not really my thing....Far too damaging for my sensitive ears. No, I much prefer to sit at home and crochet myself a nice warm blanket for the winter or darn the holes in my socks. When I'm not too busy with my needlework, and weather permits, I do like to venture out around the local graveyards and take a few rubbings for my ever expanding collection, or pull on my parka and grab a notepad for a day out at the Severn Valley Railway. I also have a keen interest in Entomology and Philately.

I like to keep abreast of the latest fashion and as well as my trusty parka, I have a wardrobe full of stripey tank tops and bell bottomed trousers.

For me, the perfect day would start with a brisk walk through the countryside before pursuing one of the above activities, returning home in time to watch all of the soap operas and then cuddling up in front of a roaring log fire with a bottle of wine and a DVD.
