Hi guys! Therese here, came to UK about 7 months ago from Sweden. Really enjoying life here. Just really missing that last piece, can't really beat the feeling of falling in love, and yeah, that would be the only thing missing in my life at the moment.

For fun I go out for dinner and some glasses of good wine. A good night out with great people always does it for me!

Working as an Assistant Manager at a gastropub. Work hard and many hours, but my dream is to open my own pub in the future!

My hobbies and interests

Cooking	Not really, one of the best parts about working in a pub is that you don't really have to do any cooking yourself.
Shopping	Love it, and I do shop more than I need to. You can never own to many dresses, shoes or handbags!
DIY	Disaster zone. No need to say more I think.
Housework	Somewhere in between. Love having a tidy house, just can't find the time to do it sometimes I'm afraid.
Dining out	Love eating out. Can't beat italian food, or a proper steak!
Movies	Nah, not really. Rather watch a movie at home. Inception is my favorite movie at the moment.
Theatre	No. Actually never even been to the theatre here in UK. Just not my thing.
Music	Always listening to music, and really enjoy most music.
Gigs	Love a good gig. Would do loads to be able to see Kings of Leon playing this spring!
Pubs	Do love a glass of nice wine in good company and a nice environment. So, yes to the pub.
Clubbing	Not clubbing as much as I used to, but still love a night on the dancefloor.
Newspapers and magazines	When I have time. Lazy reading like fashionmagazines always makes time pass, and I do enjoy that.
Books	Trying to read managment books at the moment. Setting the table by Danny Meyer is the last book I read, and actually enjoyed!
TV	Never have the time. Haven't actually watched TV since I moved here.
Watching sport	Naah. Not my thing, at all.
Playing sport	Lol. No! :) Running around all day at work keeps my fit enough!
Hobbies	Love wine, and learning more about it. And yes, just really love to enjoy life!

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	In ten years I'm running my own gastropub (or maybe even pubs) that are influenced by Sweden. I don't work as much as I am right now, and most important I'm happy!
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	Marilyn Monroe, Barack Obama & Astrid Lindgren.
My ideal date	Something unexpected. Always best with surprises!
What would I never, ever give up?	Working. Easy, would probably go absolutly mad without it.
If I had to give a speech on a subject I was passionate about ...	Travelling!
If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	Southafrica. At present time. Go to the wineyards, and just explore.
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	Charity that makes young people be able to fulfill there dreams (such as university studies, or travelling)
