I am fully employed, living and working in Glasgow.
I have been separated for sometime now and would like to meet someone to enjoy life with. I do have a number of friends, but lacking the company of a good woman to enjoy the ups and downs of life with.
I like ski-ing, water and snow, and even clambering about the hills of Scotland. I also enjoy messing about on boats, even with a bit of fishing taken in.
I like all types of food, but have recently become more likeable to Mediteranean tastes, especially if the wine is good and the company even better.
I have brown short hair and big brown eyes, I am not unattractive, and believe that life is for living to its fullest, we are only here the once after all!
I have had relationships, obviously they have not worked out, otherwise I wouldn't be trying out this new venture. Go on give me a try.
I work hard but work to live and not live to work. There is one thing, I do work shifts but have plenty of time to enjoy nights and days out.
I do prefer bars where you don't have to shout to each other to make self heard but that doesn't mean that I don't enjoy the occasional club night out, after all you would have to get closer to speak. I enjoy drives and finding that special place hidden in the countryside, the unspoilt area where you can relax and enjoy time. I also enjoy bowling (ten-pin)and just having fun. I would probably describe myself as a good listener but also can give the conversation some enjoyable traits. I have one grown-up daughter who lives with her mum. I am slim to medium build, short brown hair and brown eyes. I do smoke the occasional cigar but in the process of giving that up.

I am looking for someone who can laugh at everything, especially themselves. They should be able to adjust to whatever situation they may find themselves, in that I mean that they should not be one that only relaxes in the company of their own ilk!
I know this sounds like some sort of job description but I feel that I am honest and reasonably intelligent and would expect that someone of similar style would maybe make the right 'couple'. I have been on this site for sometime and although been on few dates, not met the one (yet) that makes my heart miss that beat when we hold hands or see each other across the room.
