I am a widower of tall, athletic build, extremely fit, non-smoker. My interests are nature, animals, gardening, antiques, sun, sea and natural therapies (acupuncture, homeopathy, osteopathy, massage, shiatsu, diet, herbalism etc), on which I lecture both here and abroad. I live in a 4-bedroomed bungalow overlooking the sea, but travel extensively in the winter months around Europe and North Africa, especially Portugal where I spend 3 months and have built up a little practice.
