As ever writing about yourself is a strange thing to do, I'm a very down to earth fella that and have the same problems as everyone else. Work too hard, don't play out enough and keep on meaning to do that next thing. I've made sure that I've changed that in the last six months and as a result I have a very hectic lifestyle.

I'm not one for putting people in to boxes, I often wonder which one I would land in as I'm a rugby playing HR monkey with a taste for ballroom dancing who may be trekking the Sahara next year. End of the day lets keep things different. 

I'd love to meet someone who'll tell me to shut up when I'm being a prat, give me a hug when I'm having a bad day. Respect me for what I put in a relationship and give the same back.

I find a woman who is comfortable with herself very attractive, they will happily tie their hair back, slip on a hoody and go to the cinema without make up.

At the end of the day it's all about spark and if we've got it, great!
