I am a 25 year old female, residing in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. I am currently studying towards becoming a Certified Financial Planner and I am currently working for an Accounting Firm.

I enjoy the outdoors - camping, hiking, surfing, swimming etc. I also enjoy spending time with my friends, havings BBQ's and going out to pubs or clubs every now and again. I am very fond of animals as well.

I have always been a very fun and spontaneous person and I love meeting new people. My all time favourite thing to do is to travel the world. I have been to Kenya, Zimbabwe, USA, UK as well as the UAE.

I experienced recent heartache which I will gladly collaborate on once I feel that I can trust someone and when I see a relationship starting to build itself.

I would like to meet someone who enjoys the fun and good things in life. NO DRUGS!!! It would be nice to meet someone who has the same likes and interests as I do. Just a well-rounded, grounded, decent individual.

My hobbies and interests

Cooking	I enjoy cooking, at times! Really not fun cooking for only one person! And the dishes are the worst! I enjoy making tortillas, pizza and pasta. I also enjoy a nice juicy steak on the grill.
Shopping	I hate queues, so I try to avoid the shops where I can. I am not a shopaholic and prefer to only go when I need something. Although it can be great fun :) who doesn't like shopping.
DIY	Oooh, this is a tricky one. Seeing that I live alone it is sometimes necessary to be handy with a hammer. I am not completely useless at DIY. Put it this way... I try first then seek help...
Housework	I am a very clean person. I can't live under dirty circumstances. I do admit that I sometimes leave a top or two lying around, but in general my house is always neat and tidy and spic and span!
Dining out	I enjoy eating out from time to time. Not too often though as I still want to look forward to dining out. It mustn't become a habit. I am not a fussy eater, but I am allergic to certain seafoods unforunately.
Movies	I enjoy going to the movies on occasion. I also don't have a favourite movie as there are many good ones and many bad ones. A good comedy is always a treat. I do like my thrillers most though.
Theatre	I am not a cultural person at all. I would go to the theatre once or twice just to experience it, but I won't make a habit out of it unless it really hooks me. Went to theatre in England nce and it was great - guess SA just doesn't have what it takes.
Music	I love music!!! Everything and anything from rock to pop to country. I dislike jazz music and heavy metal underground. Other than that basically anything goes. Guess it depends on my mood for the day.
Gigs	I enjoy going to live performances. No head-banging or heavy rave gigs, but nice mellow rock concerts are always fun.
Pubs	I enjoy listening to music and hanging with friends, so going to a pup or bar is great fun, but also not all the time. I enjoy having a beer or two thereafter I will have some whiskey. On occasion I will have a glass of semi-sweet rosè wine.
Clubbing	When I was younger I was in the clubs all the time, but I have outgrown it. I still enjoy it every now and again though - depends on the company and the mood.
Newspapers and magazines	Yip, I read the newspaper and certain magazines on occasion. Good stay stay up to speed with things.
Books	I enjoy reading - only problem is I usually fall asleep whilst reading. I haven't read many books and prefer non-fiction to fiction. Magazines are also a good pass-time.
TV	Yip, I enjoy watching tele. Crime scene investigation series as well as the comedies like Cougar Town and How I Met Your Mother. Quite a few enjoyable ones on TV. My PC is loaded with series and movies.
Watching sport	I love sport, but watching some of it bores me to death. I love watching rugby.
Playing sport	I love sports and am quite an athletic person myself. I used to play tennis, hockey and do athletics. I also enjoy surfing.
Hobbies	My passion is camping in the bush. I love nature as well as the seaside. I could spend hours just sitting by the sea. I also love animals. My work is also a passion - I take my career very seriously.

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	I would like to be Director of the Financial Services Division for the firm I work for. So far so good... on my way there.
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	Mmmm... good question?! Not actually sure. Probably my 3 closest friends LOL.
My ideal date	I don't have an ideal date... anything as long as I enjoy myself. It could be a romatic dinner, a walk along the beach, a trip to an adventure land or even staying in with supper and a DVD.
What would I never, ever give up?	My cat. He has become a part of me and has a wonderful personality. More doglike than catlike, but that's what makes him special. Seeing that I live alone and he has been there through thick and thin, he is my little angel. I love animals and feel that when you get a pet it is for keeps. I am a family person, so I will mention them as well :)
If I had to give a speech on a subject I was passionate about ...	Probably animal cruelty! It breaks my heart to see animals mistreated. They are defenseless at times and also have rights.
If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	I would still love to see the following landmarks: Grand Canyon, Stonge Henge and the Great Wall of China. I love travelling!!! I would like to spend one day back in say 1920, just to experience life during those times.
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	That is a difficult one... it would most probably be a charity to help feed and support people of poorer countries. I would also give some to the Animal Welfare.
