About me

I'm a confident, fun woman whose friends are dotted all over the country, and i'm looking for more local buddies to chat to and meet up with for relaxed good times. But also always got room for more MSN/e-mail buddies for those of you who live miles away!!

My job involves strange shifts and sometimes long hours, so i find it difficult to get into a regular pattern of socialising! I'm trying to squeeze in building some new friendships, around working full-time and spending lots of quality time with my six year old daughter.

Live on the Cambs/Lincs/Norfolk borders in a small village but grew up in London - love living here because it feels safe and friendly, and there's lots of community stuff going on.

Could talk for England and probably win a gold medal, definitely not the shy retiring type, but also not the one who makes you cringe at a party!!!!

About you

OK - no huge expectations, but i reckon you can never have too many friends, and i've already met some fantastic people on this site.

Ultimately - eventually - i'm looking for Mr. Right, but on my (long, difficult, tiring, frog-strewn) journey to find him, I'm up for a bit of dating, romance and fun. I'm not the kind of girl who goes out on a date with someone and the next day is off buying Bride magazine. In fact, i don't think i'll ever be off buying Bride magazine - really not my style! Very laidback and relaxed.

Having said that, friends are the most important thing in the world - and Mr. Right will simply be one of my best friends, so - all new friends very very welcome!
