Who am I?....apparently extinct … normally the quiet one, friendly, with a light-hearted sense of humour and not hard bitten – just a pussycat really! I am quite slim, 5 foot 10 and try to keep fit whenever I can. I am generally happy with life always smiling with no addictions, dramas or hang-ups. I do have two teenagers living at home who have the policy of wearing the old ones out at first. So what with work and my second job as chief cook and bottle washer, spontaneity has to be planned. I feel there has to be mutual physical attraction and a similar sense of humour for there to be good chemistry between two people. So if you are still looking for the tummy butterflies perhaps you will hold my hand on the London Eye!! Having similar interests helps – and things I enjoy are the cinema, walking, theatre, sailing, romantic meals for two and basically having a good laugh together.

It is difficult to describe my ideal lady as I appreciate I will not suit most, but first and foremost someone who can relate to my situation, or looking to start as friends first. We all wish for someone who sends you all of a flutter whether you are 18 or 80 and I am no different, that initial spark has to be there.
