About me

I have long fair hair and blue eyes. I work work with children, and am doing a work related degree at the moment (brain drain). 2 years down and 3 to go at the rate I am working!!

I love ten pin bowling, on a good day I'm not bad, but not having many of those lately!! I also enjoy swimming, beer and a good laugh with my mates. I like my own company but enjoy socialising too.

I like big brother even though they get on my nerves. I like question time, same could be said about that!

I don't appreciate people who make their fun at the expense of others, but i like a laugh when things are meant in a fun way.

I love food, but i don't eat out too often....with two teenage boys to feed, it costs me a fortune!

I wear my heart on my sleeve, and if i'm happy you will know and if i'm not you will know!!

I hope I will find that special someone at some point but I'm not in a rush.

About you

Would like to chat with people who share similar hobbies or career or anyone that likes to share a joke or just needs a friendly ear from time to time. After recent conversations on here I must say that I don't want to meet everyone I chat to, and I sometimes don't log on for weeks, so get in touch but understand where I am coming from.

Any Pixies out there drop me a line, but all you elf types and goblins (you know who you are!)don't bother...lol.

You can never have too many friends, whatever level your friendship is on, but true friends are worth their weight in gold. are you solid gold?

Maybe when i get the courage will embark on a romantic relationship, but the barriers are way up there!! perhaps you feel the same?

my friend from work had breast cancer and is doing well, another friend also has breast cancer and is just beginning treatment.
