Hello there,

I'm 5'4" tall with hazel eyes and my hair changes more often than the seasons! I am of a slim build (whatever that is!).
I'm retired now from mainstream work but do some voluntary and run a relaxation group. My background is mainly secretarial, leaving school at 15 due to a move to Bristol and hating every minute in the new school. I've done pretty well tho so not many regrets. Just finished writing my Dad's memoirs.

I love to read, mainly thrillers and detective stuff. Love to walk. Non smoker. Don't drink.
Like to dance and have a very romantic nature (and I don't just mean man/woman but all things romantic). Quite a sensitive soul who loves animals with a passion. Proud to be very broad-minded and love a good deep conversation especially over a nice meal. Love picnics, flowers, the sea when its rough and angry. You know the type!

I'm easy going I think but won't tolerate being used or seeing others being used. Love to share and care. Love my home and housework (yes, really!) but only do simple gardening. Love to laugh and don't do enough of it - need someone to make it happen more often.

I think I'm pretty average really. Nothing special but also unique as we all are.

I'd obviously love to meet my soulmate but that would be needle in a haystack stuff I guess. Its unnatural not to be in a pair, to have a mate to share life with. I'd like to meet people and begin with a friendship that may or may not lead to something more meaningful. The man doesn't have a profile because opposites attract too and its all down to chemistry in the end. But he must be truthful with me, honest, caring and reliable. I don't want a man who drinks too much either because his character changes and I want to know the real you, not a befuddled one!! Would prefer you not to smoke as it stinks!!
Other than that, you can come in many shapes and sizes. We just have to 'click.'
