I live a pretty active and full life with lots of things always going on to keep me busy, probably far to many to be honest, but I guess thats what you do when your single. In a relationship however I do have the ability to prioritize !


Theater has always been a passion, . Past few years I have done more directing so am looking forwards to getting on stage again.


Music! started playing guitar a few years back and now stepping out into the limelight as a singer song writer (sounds much more than it is when you say it like that) again its performance which is something I enjoy. don't expect to see me at Wembley but your local wine bar may have a chance. Currently started a collection of poetry.. may take some time to complete though ! :-) Thanks Victoria for encouragement.

Golf I guess is a game you either get or don't get, but for me the 19th hole and camaraderie's is as important as anything else.

I have traveled extensively and now want to go out there and travel again. hopefully this time with a partner I can share beautiful places and moments with.Sounds cheesey huh ! hey ho

At 45 and single, having previously sought my ideal, perhaps that ideal isn't whats going to work anyway? :-) What I have discovered in the short space of time that I have been on here is that not all people are what they seam, or indeed portray. So please, if you cant be honest from day one, I am not for you. Perhaps being a bloke and being honest makes me a rare breed! (as someone suggested) but hey... I am 45 not 13 and I know where what and who I am, and hope it isnt too much to expect the same.

I don't have any kind of emotional hang ups, but grown up enough to understand and accept that all of us have a history. Sure it is our past which shapes us to an extent, but it is how we deal with life's experiences that matters, not our 'mistakes'

I want to grow older and wiser with someone I cherish. Someone who would like to share or at least support those interests, and someone who has interest of their own which I can support. But also someone who recognizes that space to do the things we want to do in relationships is as important as making sure that you make time to be together.

There is also a big world out there, close to home and further afield. I have seen a little of it, and want to see a lot more, but this time to share it all as an experience.I want someone who I can respect and who will respect me? I work quite hard if I am a little unpredictable with my work life. I want stability and someone there who has the strength to tell me when I am being a foolish, and to support me when i take risks. (hmm that didn't really come over how i wanted but hey )Someone who is also passionate about what they do.

So the first date? How about we meet somewhere between Heaven and Woolworths?
