I am a divorced lady of older (and maybe wiser??? years)- 50 really. I'm divorced and live with my two grown up children-and most weekends their partners (oh lord)in Southport. I'm 5' 2" and (nearly) at the right weight for my size, having become a weight watchers member. I'm a little shy but happy to mix and can talk lots when I get going. I work for the local council in the Early Years office of the education department -supporting childminders. Can be challenging at times but I love it and I travel all over authority to visit people. When my children were small I retrained as a nursery nurse (in a previous life I was secretary to a bank manager for my sins). I like to try and keep fit - go to the gym and also run with my daughter although some may say its more like a slow trot due to the speed I go at!! Love going out of a night when I get the chance - pub, dancing, socialising. We are just about to start ballroom/latin dancing tomorrow night - god help me or them!! 

People I met recently told me about this site and recommended it. Looking for friendships with people in similar circumstances. Not sure if I'm looking for a relationship at present but happy to chat to male and female.
