My hobbies and interests

Cooking	Love fish especially salmon and tuna. Plain cooking for me im afraid. Dont like spicy food at all.
Shopping	Love it, especially buying for others. Love shopping for shoes and clothes, what woman doesn't.
DIY	Absolute disaster area imafraid. Totally useless.
Housework	Get on with it, it has to be done. Enjoy washing and ironing.
Dining out	Love eating out, usually bar meals with friends. Odd occasion a steak with all the trimmings but usually fish.
Movies	Love films too many too mention. Fav actors Mel Gibson, Sean Connery, Robert De Niro, George Clooney, Helen Mirren, Meryl Streep. Also enjoy the old b a w hollywood movies. Fav all time is Gone With the Wind.
Theatre	Dont go much to the theatre, used to but not nfor several years.
Music	Motown, Soul, R & B, 70's 80's and 90's. George Michael and James Morrrison, Beyonce, Lady GaGa. Love music
Gigs	Usually go with friends to local pubs to see local bands. They're quite good in this area.
Pubs	Tend to enjoy a drink in the pubs, anything from quiet local to live band playing. I dont mind at all.
Clubbing	Tend to end up in club sometimes with friends. Over 30's club. Love music and I like to dance, even though im getting on a bit. Its very therapeutic.
Newspapers and magazines	Local papers and dont tend to read women's magazines. They full of nonsense a lot of the time. This is how you should look etc.
Books	Love reading. I enjoy crime and thrillers. Sometimes an autobiography. I have a book beside me for bedtime reading lol.
TV	I dont watch a lot of tv, the occasional film. Favourite progs are NCIS, CSI and CSI Miami. Also like comedies.
Watching sport	Sometimes football, love tennis, have watched snooker and darts and bowling. Family full of men, only me.
Playing sport	Only health club to try to kep fit. I also tend to walk everywhere.
Hobbies	Art Galleries and Museums love them . Could spend hours in them, especially looking at paintings. Like old buildings too.

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	Settle down in a relationship with Mr Right. Hopefully somewhere warm and sunny.
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	Nelson Mandella, Martin Luther King, Clark Gable
My ideal date	Good company good conversation, good conpanion hopefully Mr Right. The setting doesn't really matter its who you are with that counts.
What would I never, ever give up?	Going out I think. Because we are all social animals and we need company. Life would be very dull and lonely without friends.
If I had to give a speech on a subject I was passionate about ...	Volunteering. Have been a volunteer in the past and have met some amazing people through volunteering.
If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	Paris for the art galleries and Rome for the architecture and sculptures.
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	I would give to various charities including children, the elderly and the homeless.
