About me
Right, bit about me. (thinks furiously). OK, I'm in my late 20s, currently researching / completing a PhD, in naval history, and teach modules on the subject for Universities part time. I also design custom hifi loudspeakers when I get commissions -music has always been a big part of my life & I listen to & enjoy most genres. If anyone I'm interested in is touring, I always try to get to see them. What else... I read a lot, enjoy going to the cinema, going out for meals & the odd weekend away, or a drink with friends in a decent pub or coffee bar (depends if I'm driving) on an evening. Walks in the country. I've loads of interests, like raquest & motorsports, occasionally do some acting / directing, used to go gliding & keep meaning to travel when finances permit (Italy high on the list, Himalayas too & some other interesting places). I like to think (!) I'm fairly normal, with a positive outlook, & a keen, slightly wry SOH (as you've probably guessed by now ;^) & have no skeletons in the closet!
About you
What / who am I looking for? Hmm, good question. OK, I can churn out all the cliches with the best of them... -someone who's attractive, & intelligent with a great sense of humour for a start. But we're all looking for that, so that's not much help! ;^) OK, I'd love to find my other half, so (as well as the above of course!) I really value honesty, someone who believes in romance & might have a few similar interests.
