Samhradh (57) from Fife

I think we are all looking for that someone where there's a little chemistry. Someone we feel comfortable with. I find it difficult to describe myself so I asked my friends and colleagues to describe me in a word. Some needed a phrase. Here's what they came up with.

Vivacious, extraordinary, freaky but not in a scary way, loyal, attractive, unconventional, outrageous, stimulating, effervescent, funny, clean (this last one is connected with a black plastic bag and should you get to know me better I will explain). One colleague said the following like the Andrex Puppy dog - energetic, full of enthusiasm, mischievous, dizzy, faithful and true. That makes me sound very irritating which I no doubt can be. Quite convinced I will be the first one they eat in the event of a siege.

I have recently asked someone else to sum me up and this is what he came up with:

"Obsessive without being scary....funny...witty.....says what she means...loyal in her own way....copes well with the baggage of life...a nicer person than she believes...genuinely interested in other people...but with a good self-knowledge as well..I like her..people like her generally...loves animals..relates well to others..."

Really think I should take the obsessive without being scary bit out!

As it says above, I love animals and have a dog and 2 cats. I seem to like most of the things that every other woman advertising here or anywhere else likes but am always willing to be introduced to something new. I am separated with a 22 year old daughter who is taking a break from university and living in Edinburgh. I am a development worker helping people access employment or education. It would be great to meet someone of my age, older or evena little younter to have some fun with. I live in Fife but do not restrict myself to Fifers. Probably best if you don't live on the other side of the Country though! Reasonable travel distance would be good. Non smokers will be moved to the top of the list.

Just in case you think I sound really exotic with a name like Samhradh - it is not my real name (or had you guessed?)

Honest, compassionate and kind. Doesn't take life or himself too seriously. An open but not empty mind. Always wanting to learn and willing to try new things.

The honest bit is so important. I have lived with deceit and it isn't pleasant.

Someone who still gets a kick out of life and feels 25 inside totally ignoring what the outside is saying.

Nice if he wasn't allergic to dogs and cats and actually likes them!
