Single, straight, fit, honest, placid and independent male. Employed in the emergency services, so work a shift pattern which is often changed at short notice. My day is not judged by the hands of the clock, but when the job is done. This year I watched the dreaded C word suck the life out of my Father, so visit my Mother frequently. At the risk of sounding boring, believe the human body to be the greatest piece of engineering on the planet. So I look after mine and strive for a healthy lifestyle and sense of well being. On my days off in spring and summer am up at sunrise and on my motorcycle with just the sparrows for company, in search of nature`s blast and the raw and rugged beauty of this fair land. I like animals and their individual characters and have an amazing cat. I may not have a lot in the grand scheme of things, but am happy and grateful for what I do have.
