Cheerful, Considerate, Sociable, I can find humour in most situations and avoid confrontation. I will back down from an argument rather than hurt someone's feelings but I won't remind them about it later on if it turns out I was right. I like public displays of affection and thrive on hugs and cuddles. I think I'm quite stylish and good manners are very important to me. For me the glass is half full but there's always room for more! I don't think we can ever be complacent about anything. What else can I tell you? I hope to be able to ride in a hot air balloon one day and ride an elephant bareback. I'm good at Trivial Pursuit. Not the greatest cook in the world; my sponge cakes have been used as Frisbees and even the birds won’t eat them. I drive a scruffy little Polo with the biggest sun roof you ever saw so if you’re looking for a high achieving business woman with a glamorous lifestyle and a bank balance to match then keep looking. I always think it pays to be honest from the outset. I have all my own teeth; I don’t spit, swear or embarrass people in front of their friends. I can ride, sail and row a dinghy against the tide at East Head (local knowledge required here).
I don’t have many requirements in a man – a pulse is always a good thing. He must be considerably taller than 5’4”, have his own transport and be able to hold his liquor. He must be able to swim, drive his own car, make a cup of tea and be in gainful employment. Not a smoker. Someone you would be prepared to join me for walks in the countryside followed by a pub lunch, hold my hand while we watch DVDs which look as though they might contain violence or scary bits. Join me in a game of Frisbee with my sponge cakes. Come on – we could have a lot of fun. What do you say?

We're all looking for the same thing, I think - someone who can make us laugh, feel happy when we're in their company, challenging, unpredictable, gorgeous and clever. I'd like to meet someone who's a little older than me but who looks younger. Someone who isn't "set in their ways" or wears sandals with socks. Oh, my child is 21 and lives in Nottingham with his girlfriend so he's not a little "ankle biter".
