Not easy talking about yourself but here goes!!
I keep myself fit and active mainly through my work which is quite physical and also requires a good mental attitude,
was always very sporty in my youth and that has carried me well..as for sport these days it's the usual mixture of cycling,walking,swimming and i do like to go snowboarding from time to time..used to horseride when my three daughters were younger although i havent done that for a number of years but i'm always willing to have a go at anything..I like strolling hand in hand wether it be on a beach,in the countryside, or in the mountains..I also like touring the backroads of southern France,red wine,sunshine..i'm easy to get along with always smiling love singing and dancing to any kind of music, i like to be outdoors..weekends away..any kind of travel..i'm warm, tactile,romantic,I'm also thin on top grey at the sides have good teeth and a whacking great smile and i'm told i have a great personality!!

A woman 50 to 60 none smoker slimish figure who looks after herself and likes the outdoors, Has time to travel, similar interests to myself although not specific as i'm always willing to take up new interests!! no telly addicts although it is nice to cuddle up in front of a nice fire and watch a bit of telly when the weather is cold and miserable outside.
