hi there, im 36 and a self employed skipper working offshore on windfarms!

to be honest im not really sure what im looking for. i would like to make some friends to start with and if one day something was to happen then so be it. to me life is a journey down an unknown road and the exciting thing is not knowing whats around the next courner.(although is is nice to see a little way ahead of yourself as it does tend to stop you crashing! )

My hobbies and interests

Cooking	i heard about that once, not sure if i like the sound of it. is it like putting things in a microwave and zapping them?
Shopping	shopping is great, i could spend all day in B&Q.
DIY	now your talking, if its broke i'll fix it and if it hasn't been made i'll make it.
Housework	i really do try to keep things tidy but is doesn't always work out that way, i think it because im a bloke.
Dining out	its ok.
Movies	its ok but i love to watch movies at home, comfy on the sofa.
Theatre	love it, i'll watch anything.
Music	anything and everything.i really can't pick my favourite.
Gigs	used to do it many moons ago, i'd give it another go but i think i would be happy to stand at the back these days.
Pubs	i like a real ale now and then but mainly in the summer. i can live with or without it.
Clubbing	i haven't been for a few years so i suppose my clubbling days must be behind me now.
Newspapers and magazines	boat trader. (boring i know)
Books	not one for reading.
TV	if there's something worth watching i'll watch it.
Watching sport	only fishing (if that is a sport) when they are in a hot country catching big fish.
Playing sport	big game fishing.
Hobbies	im the sort of person who is prepared to give any thing a go, no matter how wierd and wonderful, not to mention a bit crazy it may be. as the advert on tv says it better to give it a go than never know.( within reason of course)

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	frorida keys or somewhere similar running my own charter boat, stinking rich and with the woman of my dreams.
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	you will have to give me more time to think about this one !
My ideal date	someone nice and not to complicated
What would I never, ever give up?	twiglets, as if i need to answer that question.

If I had a million pounds to give to charity	RNLI (lifeboats) i was a lifeboat man for a few years and them guys and girls do a really hard job that most people wouldn't be able to.
