About me

This is hard... where do I start? I'm easy going and get on with most people. Being sensitive and honest, I sometimes appear shy when I first meet people, but just you wait! - they say the quiet ones are the worst! Most of the time I don't take life too seriously and take each day as it comes, making the most of new experiences and opportunities that come my way. I feel honesty and sincerity are very important qualities in any relationship.
I have many interests, including gardening, DIY, watching films, going to the theatre, swimming, going out for a good meal and a bottle of wine or trying out new recipes on my friends, (they say I'm not a bad cook and most of them are alive to tell the tale!) or just sitting in the garden on a summers evening with good company, good music and plenty of wine! I enjoy visiting new places at home and abroad, siteseeing,shopping or just sitting in a cafe taking in the atmosphere. I also enjoy walks in the countryside and beside the sea. In fact, as a piscean, I enjoy being near water of any sort - I'm often to be found at the local pool.
Just stopped for a banana - can anyone tell me why it is that when a banana gets older its skin gets thinner? And why don't nice cuddly girls like me get thinner as they get older?! "Where did that come from,?" you may be thinking - well, thats just me!
Now, where was I? Before I was interrupted by that banana? Well, at the moment, I am teaching but I find it stressful and I also feel in need of a change, so I am doing a course in interior design with a view to a change of career.
