I'm a thoughtful person who is always keen to experience new things. I prefer to have several tasks on the go at once.
My children are adults who live their own interesting lives in their own homes.
My work interests started in geology, moved to archaeology, ended up in IT. My leisure interests have included motor bikes, swimming, kayaking, caving, walking, jogging, bell-ringing, dress-making, cooking, debating. I'm addicted to books.
I have lots of friends of all ages and nationalities but none in my own generation are single, local and male. I get invited to many parties, group holidays, weekends away and walks - I'd like to have a companion to share the invitations with.
Someone to share new experiences and travel. A caring single man who has time to spend with me and is interested in just about anything that comes along.
I'd be fussy about very few things; obesity and facial hair really turn me off.
