My three teenagers say that I am 'odd' in a nice way, as I am not like anyone else's mum. I like to feel the wind in my hair as I ride a bike or the splash of the cold river water when you almost tip in when sailing or kayaking. Skiing badly and nearly hitting a tree, a horror film that makes you nervous to go up the stairs or have your back to the open door! ! At 48, short and cuddly, with a bubbly sense of humour you would have thought I would have grown out of these things! ! I work as a Sports & Public Service lecturer at an FE College and alot of those unusual things are included in the job - luckily. I also enjoy walking the dogs, gym & swim or watching TV, a movie and good food. Quite easy going, kind and honest, tend to be casual and informal but brush up okay when I need to - not particularly high maintenance as quite confident and chatty, but can listen and be quiet! !
I would like to meet someone who is kind, honest and easy to talk to maybe another teacher so we could travel all summer and return for the Autumn term. Some one who shares some of my interests but maybe try something new together. Freindship would be good for a start with the idea that it could develop into something more. Someone to go out and about with, the cinema, dancing or on holiday as I enjoy travelling to hot countries.
