Well I am tall and slim, not bad looking but certainly no Brad Pitt! I have quite a good but cheeky sense of humour, sometimes saucy, but never nasty or sarcastic (I need one with the job I do!!) Easy going and love to laugh, outwardly I appear quite confident and self assured, the truth is I am not, being quite shy and quiet until I get to know people.

As for my work; I am a lecturer teaching young people with emotional/behavioural problems in a Further Education college. I also teach in a women's prison. Very interesting, often very funny, sometimes very tragic too.

I live near Durham in the North East of England. I am not native to the area, I originate from Birmingham, moved up here twenty odd years ago.

I have been separated (now divorced) for five years. As for passtime/hobbies; I enjoy walking/hiking and the outdoors. I also enjoy cooking and baking when the opportunity arises, cake decorating too, some of my friends seem to think it's an effeminate passtime but I enjoy it.

Looking for someone with similar interests to mine, but not necessarily so as opposites often attract. Someone who can laugh at the world and their own failings. I find intelligent women very attractive and there are millions of them out there!
